Shipping & Returns

Orders will ship within 48 hours of confirmed purchase unless it is a custom order or you've purchased during a sale, then the processing time is 3to5 business days. We recommend making your hair appointment with these time frames in mind. We only ship Monday through Friday, our standard shipping will take 3-5 business days to deliver on the East Coast and 7-10 days on the West Coast via FedEx unless you have a P.O. Box. During holidays and major sales, our shipping time may take 12-14 days.

We have a flat rate shipping and handling. This covers the processing, packaging, insurance, and shipping of all products.

We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for small orders and United Parcel Service (UPS) for larger orders. Exchanges (if applicable)
